INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship worldwide via DHL.
  • You may track your SHIPPING via DHL tracking number.
  • International expedited shipping will take 3-5 working days. 
  • Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout. 
  • We ship to all countries except Israel & Nigeria.
  • We do not accept order cancellations upon dispatch of your order.

SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA / DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT

  • Shipping is FREE within Malaysia for purchases above RM100.
  • Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via Pos Laju is 2 - 3 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via Pos Laju is 3 - 5 working days.
  • Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.
  • We do not accept order cancelations upon dispatch of your order.

CUSTOM MADE SHOES ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • Please note that for all handmade and/or custom made items, delivery period is 3 - 4 weeks from fabrication till order receipt.
  • We do not allow refunds / exchanges for custom made items.
  • All sales are FINAL.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
  • Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Return Policy

We are happy to offer customers a return for items purchased online. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Item(s) can be exchange for a different size of the same product(s) OR refund in the form of store credits,which will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

There are strictly no exchanges or refunds on sale items.

WHERE DO I SEND IT TO?

All returns will be sent to our warehouse in Malaysia.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide return labels at this time. Shipping costs incurred for returning item(s) for a refund or exchange need to be covered by the customer. We understand that shipping can be costly, so we do not expect customers to return by express shipping, so standard shipping is OK as long as it is trackable. Shuzet is unable to be held liable for the loss of your item(s) being returned.

HOW LONG TO DOES IT TAKE?

We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 working days after your return is received for a refund to be issued or an exchange to be dispatched.
